Help & Guidance
Drury Funeral Centre Ltd. has been a dream from the moment Grant received his license in 1991. He was employed by John and Barbara Thomas at a local funeral home in Alliston from the age of 13 working on day to day maintenance. He went to Humber College straight out of high school (Banting M.H.S.). He worked with John and Barb until 2007 when they sold the funeral home and he stayed on until January 2013. On February 1st, 2013 his family acquired 519 Victoria St. East in Alliston.
We still have some blue on the walls but the building has changed dramatically from the vibrant blue of the pool supply place it was. We have strived to make this centre a people friendly place, where people feel comfortable and welcome. The colours are light and the decor is contemporary.
Hand Picked Staff
When Grant had the opportunity to open Drury Funeral Centre he knew the right people to assist with his endeavour.Grant has worked with both Trish Ackert-Bryant and Larry Brolley and knew that their work ethic and professional strengths would be an enormous asset. Trish has been a licensed funeral director since 2005. She is the organizer of the "details". Larry Brolley was raised in the area and has a memory for people and their lives that rivals most.
